Live it up on Wednesday and pretend that you are someone that you are not.

But please, every other day, just be yourself.

Imagine any real estate brokerage company and think of their top 20 sales people.

What's true about those 20 people is that they will have 20 highly distinct personality.  They come in all shapes and sizes.

What else is true is that those 20 people are very comfortable in their own skin.  They are really good at being themselves.

It seems the key to success is to just be yourself (except on Wednesday).
