Beware of the 'grass is greener' syndrome.
This syndrome can cause unnecessary distraction and even unhealthy change.
It usually starts with a feeling of discontent.
Someone isn't happy with their results, so they search for solutions to their perceived problems.
Frequently this search starts outside of themselves. They think there must be an answer 'out there.'
All of a sudden, the grass looks greener on the other side.
All of a sudden, they fantasize about how easy life will be on the other side of the fence.
Of course, a more valuable place to start might be to look 'in here.'
It's likely more useful to wonder why their grass isn't greener on their side of the fence.
After all, they are the greenskeeper. They, themselves are responsible for the grass.
If all they do is move to the other side of the fence and take their poor greenskeeping habits with them, will the new grass stay green?
What if they just work on taking care of their own side of the fence?
After all, wherever you go, there you are.
